Measurements for ordering the Male and She-Male Hip Chastity Belt Measuring Kit

You can order it by fax or letter with the Male Hip Chastity Belt Measuring Kit Order Form, and we will directly mail (when prepaid) the Chastity Belt Measuring Kit together with instructions and Instruction Videos on CD to your address. What we need, however, are the following roughly taken measurements (please fill in):

The hip is the region of your body between waist and upper end of the thighs.

1. Hip circumference (tighten a strong leather belt around your hip that it cannot be pushed down over the buttock)_________________cm

2. Center hip front over the scrotum sac, between the testicles, beside the penis, through the step to rear center hip (bottom edge of the leather belt in front to bottom edge of the leather belt in the rear) ___________cm
